Assoc. Prof. Diep Seiha, president of Build Bright University, was jointly invited by the management of ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN), German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Higher Education and Development (SEAMEO RIHED), ASEAN University Network (AUN), European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), and the management of University of Potsdam to participate the ASEAN-QA Higher Level Visit, which was held in the University of Potsdam, Germany, from 17th to 21st November, 2014. The visit highlights an institutional as well as individual academic contacts among presidents/rectors, vice-presidents/vice-rectors, and other senior management of higher education institutions from ASEAN countries and other members including Cambodia, Germany, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. The visit is also intended to extend an international links among ASEAN and European higher education partners with Build Bright University, especially the focus on strengthening the quality of teaching and learning through internal quality assurance and the university will send its senior QA management to attend the Train IQA Course within the ASEAN-QA Project framework in the near future.
